Shoretel Mass Import Format

There is a CSV where you can put the changes, we then import it with a utility on the server and it updates/adds/deletes.

I attached a blank one. Fill out Extension, First and Last Name, and then anything you want to change/update.  If you just put the extension it will try to delete it.  If a filled out line is for an extension that doesn’t exist it will try to add it as long as there isn’t another extension with the same GUILoginName (Client Username). 

Once you have this filled out, send it back to me and I’ll run it.
